When can I see results?

Just as each individual has a unique body chemistry, results vary from person to person. Some people may see results as soon as 2 weeks, while others may take up to 2 months.

 

Are Rozgé products cruelty-free?

We love our little critters and furry friends. All Rozgé products are cruelty-free and free of animal testing.

 

How do I submit a product review?

Product reviews are important not only to other Rozgé customers, but to Rozgé as well! We are always looking for feedback to improve our products. To leave a product review, use the following steps:
1. Go to the product page for the product you want to review. 
2. Click on the Reviews tab.
3. Fill in all the required fields*. 
4. Click Submit Review.

Updating Account Information

To update account information, log into your account and click Update Information. 

 

Lost Username or Password

If you have forgotten your account username or password, click here to send an email with instructions to reset your password.

 

Ordering

Once an order is placed online, you will receive a confirmation email receipt with details of your order. 

 

Viewing Orders

To view orders log into your account and click "View Orders".

 

Modifying Orders

To make changes to your order, please contact our offices immediately and speak to one of our representatives. For orders placed before 12pm Pacific, requests to modify the order must be made before 12pm Pacific the same business day. For orders placed after 12pm Pacific, requests to modify the order must be placed before 12pm Pacific the next business day. Once an order has already been processed, modifications cannot be made.

 

What if I made a mistake when ordering?

Please pay attention to details when confirming your order. Mistakes made by the customer can be exchanged, however the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back. If a mistake is made in ordering, please contact our offices or email sales@rozge.com immediately to adjust any mistakes made during shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot adjust the order.

 

Payment Method

Acceptable forms of payment include Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, and Money Orders. We accept personal checks, but they require an additional 2 weeks processing time. Bounced checks will be subject to a $25 fee.

 

Sales Tax

All orders shipping to California are subject to taxes.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Your order usually ships within 48 - 72 hours once payment is received. 

 

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 60 day return policy on products purchased directly from Rozgé. Please contact our offices and we will provide you we a return authorization and address to send your return to. Once we receive your product, we will process the return to your original form of payment. Products purchased through distributors must be returned directly to the distrbutor and are subject to the distributor's return policy.
